    Michel D   Snooze Button Antics

    14.11.04 -  07:41

I'm not sure how I feel about this "not waking up at 4:30 in the morning". I don't have to be at work until 11:30, and my shift begins at 12:00. That's a lot of free time in the morning.

I meant to get up at 7:00 this morning, but I kept slapping that alarm. Finally I got out of bed at 9:30... and now all of a sudden I'm rushed to begin the day. I'm rushing to get ready and eat, I'll be rushing to drive... and the weather outside isn't really rushing to drive to work weather.

What I need to do is get to work about two hours early so that I can start working out at the gym. But, as I've said before, the problem isn't being at work, it's driving to work. I just can't talk myself into getting up at 7:30 if there's no real reason for it, i.e. My Paycheck. Of course go early so that I can exercise is a real reason, it's apparently not a solid enough of one to convince my hand to stop hitting that strip.

Besides, that's exercise in and of itself. I usually pop that Snooze at least 10 times.
