    Michel D   Crafter Cuties:
    episode one

    10.11.04 -  14:49

I recently discovered Crafters Coast to Coast on Home & Garden Television, which not only has some cool stuff on it that I can do (much like my also-fave ReadyMade Magazine), but some of the girls on it are not only funny and weird, but super cute.

So welcome to my first installment of Crafter Cuties.

This is Anna Johansson from Somerville, MA.

She makes super fun roosters out of cut up fancy tin cans. Like coffee cans that are decorated with fun prints.

She's my Crafter Cutie of the week because not only does she work with tin snips and solder and other stuff, but she wears a tin Crafty Crown while she creates.

Her dream is to fill her work studio with roosters.

I also learned when I visited her page .:annabuilt.com:., that she earned her BFA as a painter, earned a Masters in Art Education, has worked with stained glass and jewelry, and is also a musician.

Wow! Now that's what I call a Crafter Cutie!
