So I've made a recent change to the manifesto, and since I did it correctly you'll never even notice. And that's the plan. I went through and optimized all of the graphics on the page so that it should load three to four times faster on a Dial-Up connection. Not only that, but I've finally de-bugged all of the code so that the page looks exactly the same with Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, and Firebird.
