| Amelié is such a beautiful movie. I love it more and more every time I watch it. I gives me hope that there is room in this world for dreamers. Audrey Tatou is so precious and Mathieu Kassovitz is so charming. Amelié and Nino are such a wonderful couple. I wish I spoke French well enough to turn off the subtitles and enjoy the movie as Jean-Pierre Jeunet intended. It fills me with joy and sorrow and hope viewing after viewing. It's one of the few films that becomes more beautiful every time I watch it. Amelié and Moulin Rouge. Someday I will be as charmingly awkard as Nino... I have the awkward part down pat. |
