okay people. dallas is not a coastal city. do not eat shellfish in dallas. or at least do not eat shellfish at the chinese super-buffet I went to last night. there was something that didn't taste quite right when I was eating it, but did that stop me? nope. I was all, "yummy crab!" stupid stupid stupid.

I should have known better, I mean they don't cut the heads off of their shrimp. not to sound ignorant, but I've never seen a shrimp head before. usually these things are gone. but no, there they were, a great stainless steel tub of shrimp staring up at me with glassy dead beady black eyes. creepy. they looked like the tiny albino cousins of the crawfish right next to them. which, by the by, also had their heads, but that doesn't bother me at all. I've see crawfish whole on many occasions.

I would have been better off last night eating CiCi's... again.

    back to the toilet.
